Local Links does not require user accounts and does not collect personal identity information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or user profiles.

• Approximate geographic region derived from IP address

2. Location Data

The App may access your device’s location if you grant permission through the iOS location permission prompt.

Location access is used only while the App is actively in use to identify nearby golf courses and retrieve available tee times.

• Your approximate coordinates may be sent to our backend service to retrieve nearby course data.
• Location information is used only to process the current request.
• We do not store location data on our servers.
• Location data is not used for advertising, marketing, or tracking.

If location access is not enabled, users may manually enter a city or ZIP code instead.

3. Analytics and Diagnostics

We use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to monitor app performance, stability, and reliability.

These services may collect limited technical information including:

• Device model and operating system
• App version
• Crash reports and performance diagnostics
• Anonymous usage events

Firebase may use device-level identifiers such as an app instance identifier to generate anonymous analytics metrics. These identifiers are not linked by us to any personal identity.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App may offer optional premium features through in-app purchases provided by Apple’s App Store.

All payments are processed directly by Apple through your App Store account. We do not collect or store payment information such as credit card numbers.

We use RevenueCat to help manage subscription status and entitlement access within the App.

RevenueCat may process limited technical information necessary to validate subscription status, including:

• An anonymous app user identifier
• Subscription status and purchase receipts
• Device and app version information

This information is used solely to determine whether premium features should be enabled in the App.

These providers process information only as necessary to provide their services. We expect service providers that process data on our behalf to handle it in a manner consistent with applicable privacy and security obligations.

We do not track users across apps, websites, or services operated by other companies, and we do not use data collected from this App for advertising or marketing purposes.

7. Data Retention

The App does not maintain user accounts or store personal identity information.

We do not retain precise location data from App requests on our servers.

Anonymous analytics and diagnostic information collected through Firebase, and subscription-related technical information processed by RevenueCat, may be retained according to those providers’ retention policies.

8. Your Choices

You can stop sharing location with the App at any time by changing location permissions in your iPhone or iPad Settings.

If you no longer wish to use optional subscription features, you can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store account settings.

We implement reasonable technical safeguards to protect the limited information processed by the App.

All communications between the App and backend services occur over encrypted HTTPS connections.
