The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the App is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. App Functionality

Local Links helps users discover and compare tee-time availability at public and municipal golf courses.

Course availability, pricing, and other information may be provided by third-party sources and may change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information shown in the App is complete or current.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App may offer optional premium features through in-app purchases.

All purchases are processed through your Apple App Store account and are governed by Apple's payment terms.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple App Store account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App in any way that:

• Violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempts to interfere with the operation of the App
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purple Tee LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

6. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
